Susanne von Bassewitz
International President

Susanne von Bassewitz is the president of Zonta International and Zonta International Foundation. Before starting her own consultancy, she held leadership positions at major international corporations for 23 years. Her responsibilities were corporate communications with brand management, corporate identity and change communications as areas of focus. Prior to this, she conducted university research on mass communications. Susanne has been a Zontian since 1994 and is a member of the Zonta Club of Düsseldorf II, Germany.

Allison Summers
Executive Director

Allison Summers, CAE, holds 30 years of diverse business experience in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors. She joined Zonta in the role of Executive Director and Chief Staff Executive in July 2013. During her tenure she has worked with volunteer leaders and headquarters staff to implement global awareness programs like Zonta Says NO to Violence Against Women and to partner with like-minded organizations like Girls Not Brides.
